Your idea with a headless machine is a great test! I have a small feeling that graphics is a suspect in my system. I also had an idea of swapping the graphics card with another one to see if there's something happening.
@Lars, in my first post I write about servo drives and speed, I'm not sure _how_that_ can be translated into G-code loading. When EMC2 was moved to 10.04 there where quite a few who found out that the latency went up and machine speed was lost, that was while ago and I ignored it by the time because I stayed on the 8.04-release. /S ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Everyone hates slow websites.
