I have spent hours in plural trying to figure out, what is wrong and this is driving me nuts. Here is a video with that motor in action (I was jogging it back and forth): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RA4mdp1rYfs
----------- The easiest Step 1 in troubleshooting any machine that has some identical components, when one of those components is not working properly, is to swap the wonky component with one that is working correctly. If the problem follows the component, the problem most likely *is* the component. Replace it with a new or known good used one. If the problem follows the component *and* the component you put in place of the bad acting one also starts acting bad... the problem was most likely caused elsewhere and you've possibly damaged the good component. Oops. ;-) Do you have any gear reduction in that system or is it belt drive to the spinning ball nut? If it's gears, I'd check the gears. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ This SF.net email is sponsored by Windows: Build for Windows Store. http://p.sf.net/sfu/windows-dev2dev _______________________________________________ Emc-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/emc-users
