I've got an Emco Compact-8 to CNC-ize this winter - have everything except for the ball screws, so seeing your Compact-5, with the old electronics/steppers working away is really nice to see. I also have a contact with a Compact-5 CNC lathe kicking around; have to see if they are willing to part with it, so that I have yet another project!
