I couldn't find an ideal context paragraph to quote to make my point.
And I am programmed to always quote something.

The point was that the INI is meant to be a single, central, file. A
one-stop-shop for settings.
And I haven't seen any that are unmanageable yet. (I am not saying
that they might not exist, I just haven't seen one)

But, as I said, in my own private configs, I don't like to work that
way, so put the constants in the (modular) HAL.
