--So first I would verify ---that the encoder direction and scaling are correc . encoder scaling different. it is simply how many pulses needed to move 1 inch. ball screw can not be change it is about 5 pitch per inch encoder on motor can not be change, so need to buy new servomotor or gear reducer.
