thinking about this mig welder.

interesting to ask for example if PLC output 0-10 V DC and that voltage
should control wire feed--- 0V DC correspond 0 feed and 10V DC correspond
to 100% of feed -- complete revolution of knob -- that control feed of wire.
what are there option available -- what device i can use to do that?

want to find something -- solenoid  etc-- rotational device that will turn
the knob.
like to put small gear instead of know and rug -- that can engage gear and
turn it.

Idea is that PLC will read current from spark and that will feed back about
how fast/slow wire feed should be
