We switched over to CommuniGate for our mail needs, which also has a 3rd
party, open source plugin developed to use spamassassin.  It's a really
nice setup, and you can configure a ton of things through their web
interface.  They have licensing fees, which include technical support for
commercial and government users, but is available for free use for with up
to five users for individuals and non-profits with their Community Edition
License.
