The only way I know of is unsub from the gmail address and resub from the gnipsel.com address. You may have to edit the filter to folder rules in your MUA but that "should" about cover it on yor end. Oh wait, you will need to setup a mail server... Does gnipsel.com have a mail.gnipsel.com alias address registered? Something that can duplicate sendmail but is easier to configure? Postfix comes to mind as Jim has been looking into dumping qmail after about 16 years in favor of something that can make use of the rbl's available on the net, qmail doesn't support that as its so old. Some of them free, some have a low suscription by the year or similar. I see by the headers of your msg that the first server it hits is an Exim install, which is also widely used. But I haven't a clue about how hard it is to bring it to life. You have a registered name for the web page stuff just like I do, but here its only opened on one relatively obscure port which my router forwards to this machine. I'd have to assume your setup is similarly secure, or is hosted at your ISP, meaning they are responsible for the care & feeding of the guard dogs. ;-) I have apach2 running in a username sandbox that I have to go thru root to get to, and that seems to have worked well enough I haven't been hacked (that I know of :) Cheers, Gene Heskett -- "There are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, and ammo.
