I finally got it to a test fit state yesterday, But it runs about 15 thou eccentric. So my initital thought was to bore out the 3.5mm holes for the two 3mm mounting screws so they had additional wiggle room, but this has to be done very carefully else I'll have a 2 piece sleeve. It is also possible the return spring holder which isn't that well machined, is running eccentric and my inner bore of the sleeve needs to be opened up 10 thou or so to give it room to be centered. So I'll check that too as I don't have enough alu wall to do both. This, and the wet weather is turning into a PITA. I mowed a week ago, and its turning into machette territory in the back yard already. With flash flood watches for the area issued allready.
