Eagle demands the .1 spacing too, and I was not able to turn that off 
when I made the board for the lathe. So I may as well use the perboard 
with the solder rings.  Playing in the night now, a 66 cycle disk is 
looking about right. So that will be the next attempt.

Currently 6.5 slots in .6" (center to center, eg the active marks on the 
opto's. 264 edges per rev for a 1.36363636364 degree spacing)

Currently, a unit using two holes, skip a hole, another unit, skip a hole 
& insert the 3rd one.
