done that, studied the HAL manual, doesn't exist. Less my operating hal shows it 4 times, one for each axis. It sets the max output of the PID modules. But if the stepgen, and the motors have enough headroom, that seems like an artificial limit on both MAX_VEL and MAX_ACCELERATION. This machine can move at quite an impressive speed, so this may get some further exploration unless someone can eddycate me on the why nots. But not today. I made the mistake, since Dee has a class re-union picnic at one of her class mates local residence, about 4 acres fronting the river not too far from Jacksons Mill, tomorrow afternoon, of going out to a automatic car wash & feeding it a ten dollar bill for its best job. All it did was wax seal about a years worth of bad weather & pin oak droppings under a weak coat of wax. I didn't know I was donating 10 bucks to the wash owners fav charity, him, but thats effectively what I did. Came home, drug out the 1500 psi washer & the windshield crud cutter sponge on a stick. Took me from 15:00 to 17:20 to slice the majority of it loose & make it look something like you might see on the used car lot. Thank $DIETY toy uses a good paint, so it actually looks pretty good. Even the roof, which I don't think had been cleaned since it rolled out of toy's paint baking shop 9 years ago.
