There have been a few days more, I have nailed some problems in my circuit and
added parameters to EDM protocol generator.

There is a very strong non linearity between: short circuit, machining and open
circuit. Then I limited value range to within a small range close to set
reference value process became more well behaving then machining. The big
question her is how to properly handle shorts and opens?

There is a lot of randomness and I guess this is the nature of the process. I
expect debris interfere with process. To understand the basics of the dynamics
the big question is how seat voltage vary with distance?

My circuit measure voltage in middle of on time if ionization happens and fall
back to asynchronously sampled signal then no ionization happened since last
measurement. I have set target voltage about to where ionization happens.
