That's why I was sure I'd better ask here before taking some of these approaches seriously hehe. I'm really concerned about security and yes, water at that pressure and temperature really worries me. I'm used to handle 2000 psi on hydraulic systems but never above 50°C so it's not as dangerous. The problem is, since I'm going to have a long injection time I really need to heat and cool the mold because it's the only way this project is doable.
