Wow, quite a lot of responses on this subject!

Well, I think it's a big NO for the pressurised water then, I was aware of
the dangers of it but never thought it would be this hard to implement a
system like this.

About the salts Andy mentioned, it's a good way to heat the molds, but as
he told the problem would be when the salts solidify. Also my idea is to
use the same conducts in the mold for heating and cooling, so that's why I
would like to use the same fluid for both processes. Wich is going to be
impossible with the salts.

The main goal here is to raise the mold temperature near the melting point
of the PVC (around 150°C) so the idea is to raise the temperature of the
fluid a lot more than that to rapidly heat the mold. Another method could
be induction heating but even though the temperature to reach is not that
high, the mass of the mold is so much that I can't think of an easy way of
doing it.

So I guess the most suitable solution would be the DOW oils. The problem
with the different molds can be solved with a vacuum pump to extract all
the fluid from the circuit and send it to the container, is that a possible
solution?

I still need to contact a DOW representation here in Argentina to find out
how complicated this could be given the regulations and cautions to take
into account.
