Personally, I think TI has dropped the black from their roadmap. I would

I think that's why I'm disappointed.  With the A/D and PRUs the Beagle was
so much better than the Pi.  All the extra pins.  But time moves on I guess.

It's looking less and less like the Beagle will be controlling my Mill.


TI never, EVER, made the Beagle Bones. It was an offshoot by some TI guys (called Circuitco), and they are now only designing the boards, and letting others make them. Newark, the electronics distributor, is having them made themselves in China. DigiKey has 577 of the original Bone designs in stock now, and 8770 of the Beagle Bone Green from Seeed. 2831 of the wireless version. There's also the Bone Blue aimed at robotics applications.

I really don't see any signs of the Bone going away. Maybe some problem with which one should I get?
