OK so a 358 KHz count rate means 89 KHz on A and B or about 5.5 uS high/low time so we set the filter to one half of that: 2.75 uS
This works out to a encoder sample frequency of say 5.5 MHz with the (15 count) encoder filter on.
False. True and it all dies at about 400 spindle rpms.
This could be because of the encoder samplerate/filter setting or your interface
