Greetings all;

Since I've never put a home switch on a rotary, and this new gantry comes
with a motorized (belt drive, quite but puny holding powrrotary, how
have some of you done that? I have an image of a roller lever riding a
small projection, running it at high speed to find the closed switch, at
which point drop to 5% speed in the same direction until the switch is
open again, at which point call it home. Or set an offset that will set
the top jaw at 0 degrees, once its run to that offset.

How else has it been done?

Thanks all.

Cheers, Gene Heskett
