Just an update. I loaded the AND function into the STMBL AC Servo Drive config file. Now ENABLE and FAULT must both be true to have the FAULT show up on the output. This allows the BoB to power up the HV supply and even if the HV supply is slow and results in the STMBL faulting due to no or low high voltage, toggling the Machine Enable button on the user interface now properly clears the error and the system functions correctly.
This is possible because machine enable and estop are separate from each other. The side effect for MACH3 is that this does not work there since the ESTOP button also removes the ENABLE and the ENABLE doesn't appear to be able to be toggled while ESTOP is not pressed.
