So appears to be easier with the horizontal mill and a ratio between the 
angular axis and the X axis for a particular tooth valley.  Like the way it's 
done mechanically.

Well I did want to build a horizontal mill attachment...  but I think I'd 
better finish the CNC wiring, Spindle AC Servo, Power Draw Bar, Ball Screws, 
and harmonic Drive mount and face plate first...
