OK, found a gear generator,  This saves having to hunt catalogs to find a
standard part to download.   The next step is to customize it with some hub
you need like a keyway or "D" or just a 24mm bore hole.  Maybe a wider hub
so there is room for a set screw and fillet the edges so they are
rounded and turn it into STL and then g-code.   Many times the hub needs to
be wider than the face width so the gear rides stable on the shaft.
 Then see if they mesh smoothly.

It is a long process with most of the work happening AFTER the involute
shape is generated.
