I've done a similar conversion to a 4" table, 90/1 gearing, but the under load performance sucks, and a 426 oz motor gets locked it up trying to turn it under load, too much drag on the worm. Changing the grease hasn't helped. POS made in India. Bull gear is not concentric, so backlash can exceed a degree in places while the work is dragging in others.
