That 4 lines of hal seems to be working, now I just need to find an 
output not currently occupied. If thats upside down, I assume a not 
right under it in the addf list would fix that. From the data sheet, I 
need to src a logic 1.  Its a 100k load so driving both with one wire is 
feasible.
