While I agree, it wouldn't have found this. Only an optical inspection 
found it, after discovering that it worked with the db25 just barely 
plugged in. And I've 2 more breakouts ordered, but I have a feeling that 
is also a waste of time and I'm going to have to build a board to buffer 
and power boost the encoder signals. By the time they get here, I should 
have the motor mounts made and installed.  The driver works great, now I 
have to convince hal to make it a good stiff servo. :)
