You run your organization the way you want to. Funny how this group hasn't needed such a thing in all the years it's existed. We could have adopted a very simple code of conduct which consists of one sentence: " In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, we as contributors and leaders pledge to making participation in our project and our community a harassment-free experience for everyone." Would that not pretty much say it all?
