I ran into a similar problem with my Bergerda drive the first time I used it on the X axis. The servos must be configured in velocity mode (Hiwin Control 2). Not position mode (Hiwin Control 1). (Page 16 of the Hiwin D2 manual). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cx-kAqdwceU
