Is there any support for the stg card do I own an orphan?

it does look like it is, the link to the stg site now hits what looks like an Indonesian casino site with what we in broadcasting would call T&A when the weather girl was talking about the forecast., on the front page .
Well, I used one from 1998 - 2005 or so.  It had a glitch - when the counter rolled over from 0 to -1 count or back the other way, it would report wildly crazy positions.  You would usually see this right after homing, when the encoders were dithering right on the zero transition.  A fix was put in the driver to suppress huge changes in encoder count over one servo period.  I never figured out whether the issue was poor power decoupling on the board or a defect in the LS7266 chips.  Or possibly, either the card logic or LinuxCNC driver did not bother to clock the live count into a holding register before reading out the individual bytes.  I never wanted to dig deeper into the bug.
