The exchange rate does vary a bit, and even now it's already different from what you used for the conversion (assuming that you passed on my full request as it was) and will be different again when the reimbursement is made. I don't think there should ever be the possibility of me incurring personal loss from helping the Foundation and in the past, the Foundation has used the currency of the recipient for assigning budget.
