" It is quite unfortunate that some of our co workers doesn't give more important to the dress coding. In every industry dress coding has a specific meaning. It shows the identity and helps us to kill the individuality. Each dress express some special signal to our customers. So in my opinion every body should follow the dress coding. Second thing about the punctuality. Fortunately these days every body keep the punctuality.
