Thank you all I am writing my next paragarph: " From the day which we join the company we tried our level best to develop a good carrier. But some issues that we are facing these all days. One of major issue that I found that is the shyness of people to speak English. They very lazy to speak and doesn't taking any work to improve it. Once Mrs.Linsa said she know she is too poor in English and want to improve it but fear to speak in front to some one.I think this is the major issue of a lot of people"
