Hello
I was on a trip because now it is out new year's holiday (Norouz).

Q1
As we all have school experiences, we know that some people at our school
had good talent to manage activities and other students. Maybe some roots of
ability to be a good manager or leader are inherent that even they are
themselves kids or youths, they can lead others. In my opinion If they focus
on this ability and grow it, they will more likely be good leaders in their
entire life. I myself always was able to lead groups at my school and at the
moment I can also manage and lead different activities, so it is an evidence
of my thought.

Q2

There are differences between men and women in all fields but these
differences does not distinguish them in terms of which one is better. Both
have abilities in some specific areas. As leader, I think there is no
difference between men and women in their abilities, but i think in many
cultures men do not like to be leaded by a lady so they usually annoy women
when they are their manager or leader so it may cause some problem for
ladies. But in general I think both of them can be good leaders.

Q3

1.Lack of domain knowledge
2. Lack of leadership knowledge
3. Lack of moderation in being behaving his/her folk
4. impatience
5. Selfishness

The difference between the impossible and the possible lies in a person's
determination.
When you know what you want, and you want it badly enough, you'll find a way
to get it.
