Q1 Are people who were leaders at school more likely to be leaders later in life? A. Yes, there are. I think, that leadership can't be realized in a moment, this is also hard work, or skill, that must be evolved from the beginning. Maybe, also from the kindergarten :)

In my opinion, this is related with many other social roles of woman (wife, mother), that very often more important, than to be a leader. Otherwise, not every man want such leader-woman.
