We didn't remove it. Blame shows that this line in ui/locale/en-US/enigmail.dtd wasn't changed since january 2004. However, this string is in the files affected by the just started translation process. Probably this change must be done after collecting the translated files from babelzilla and before release of Enigmail 1.7. I leave the decision to Patrick.
