I'd strongly advocate against using outdated keyservers. PKS 0.9.6 is
11 years old. I don't know if this version is one of those known to
mangle subkeys.

This server is no longer accessible. It still has an DNS record, but
every try to access it results in timeouts. I don't know of any other
public LDAP server. LDAP protocol is mainly used in corporate
networks. It's a pity that there's no working public example.
