I remember that I got a problem when I added DSA2 subkey to my old keypair. I also agree removing individual keyservers such as pgp.mit.edu from extensions.enigmail.keyserver and enigmail.keyservers.sample as Daniel suggested. As a result, I think it is the best to set both extensions.enigmail.keyserver and enigmail.keyservers.sample to "pool.sks-keyservers.net, keys.gnupg.net".
