Using your email address, I can find two keys, 0x8bfbcda82bf81c27
(only selfsig) and 0x23bad351c916b67d (many signatures). Neither of
them are marked revoked on the keyserver.

Enigmail presents the keys found on the keyserver in the same order as
the keyserver presents them. There is no sorting by whatever means.
Which behaviour would you consider more useful?
