To me it seems that you didn't revoke your old key correctly. Otherwise you would see this on the keyserver, e.g. http://pgp.mit.edu/pks/lookup?search=Ruben+Garske&op=index After you revoke your key with the revocation certificate you have to upload the revoked key to the server again, I think.
