The 'signed messages' thing I see, depends on where I go, from time to time. I am down to three individuals that I still encrypt with and those are not government secrets. Mostly a 'something to do' exercise among friends. There is a forum on Google that uses encryption but it to is mostly chats and BS. And I agree with you that the devs do wonderful work. My point here was that 'they' not make it so complicated and difficult to use that average people won't use it. if you need practice you may write encrypted directly to me if you wish. *Not* to the list. I am in no way anything close to an expert but I do know the basics. -- David
