That's exactly my sentiments.  As an example, Gentoo Linux uses bugzilla
and the speed and efficiency of problem solving and the resultant time
saved is immeasurable.    You have my full backing on this one.

The only conceivable reason that buzgilla may perhaps not be suitable for
E use is that E works on a far smaller scale with regard to number of
developers, their development and number of bugs.  Nevertheless, it would
be still be beneficial.  There are certain drawbacks to formalising the
bug reporting process as well as there being benefits but a change from
bug reports on email lists and stale content on SF would be very welcome
by all I'm sure.
