Well there goes my only assumption as to why one system has issues and not another. I guess maybe hardware. Some things like screenshot I would not think involved hardware drivers. I guess it could. Hardware would be one of the only other variables. I make the same binaries for all systems. I had considerable more issues on my desktop. That is new for 0.21 and 0.22. I never see that on amd radeon (dual display) I have the locking up, and just before that sluggish UI, on amd radeon under E 22. Never under E 21. (dual display) My intel laptop (single active) never has that issue under 22 or 21. The locking up seems more E than EFL. I am also using gles2 and its the same binaries on all systems. I make them on my dev server and then merge binaries on actual systems. 2 laptops 1 desktop (dual display). Usually only 1 laptop, but 1 is intel and other radeon. It was less usable for me in 0.22. When first adding the bar I could not add anything. I had to log out and back in, before I would get menu to add stuff to the bar. Which would crash. In 0.21 I could add stuff to a bar and it was usable. Seemed a major regression or something. Its basically not usable at all, I cannot add anything it just crashes. Since I could not add default gadgets to bryce. I gave up for the time being on doing any module stuff there. I am less concerned with when things are released as to what is released and the quality. I wish E 22 was held back a bit. I guess I am the only one experiencing these things. I would have liked to see them resolved before release. Given they do not seem to exist in E 21. E 22 seems to have many issues over E 21, that does not seem to come from EFL. Though a few things in EFL have caused new issues in E. There are some EFL issues as well. Seems efreet issues is EFL. -- William L. Thomson Jr.
