Updated the package to latest Bullet release (2.81) and am uploading it
right now to our PPA with builds for both 12.04 and 12.10.

A friend of mine who works at Canonical is going to help with ARM builds
for the PPA and with upstreaming of the EFL packages, will also bug him
about getting the bullet package upstream.
