GiHub was kind enough to free up the Enlightenment account from a
squatter so we could start using it.

Tom transferred his working EFL and E mirrors from his personal account
to the official one now. The mirrors will be updated hourly.
That might change ion the future but for a start this is frequent enough.
The mirror is supposed to be a read-only mirror for people that might
prefer to pull (or fork) from github, have other troubles with accessing
git.e.org and later one I will also use it for some cloud CI usage.
I disabled issues as well as wiki and project options for the repos. It
is not possible to disable pull-requests but we are not going to accept
any on github. Its a plain and simple read-only mirror from our official
git server.
