thats easy:

add these lines to .Xdefaults/.Xresources

xscreensaver.timeout:   10
xscreensaver.lock:      true
xscreensaver.lockTimeout:       5

and this line to .xinitrc
#-Screensaver
xscreensaver&
#---

And thats all! :))
