"limit framerate" is optional - it willl limit e and compositors framerate to the fps value set in the performance dialog (default is 60fps). "loose sync" probably should stay on. "grab server during draw" may help synchronization with clients in general if on, but you can turn it off if you really need some speed. i've never tried indirect opengl - but it may also help for you. remember if comp ends up not rendering at all, as long as e is still alive, ctrl+alt+shift +Home will reset comp to defaults. > Thanks for the help, and it feels real good to have a nice clean > desktop with all my (your) gadgets again :) -- ------------- Codito, ergo sum - "I code, therefore I am" -------------- The Rasterman (Carsten Haitzler) ras...@rasterman.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ What You Don't Know About Data Connectivity CAN Hurt You This paper provides an overview of data connectivity, details its effect on application quality, and explores various alternative solutions. http://p.sf.net/sfu/progress-d2d _______________________________________________ enlightenment-users mailing list enlightenment-users@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/enlightenment-users
