One (easy) option for you is to open the file bd_title_bg.png in gimp and
make it either fully transparent or the same color as the default. That way
the animation will still happen, but you won't see it.
Another option would be modify "visible: 1" to "visible: 0" in line 2472
inside the part "title_back".
Yet another option would be to modify the program which calls the
"title_back" part, so that "title_back" is never called by any program.
That would entail commenting out (with //) the statements which say
"target: title_back".
