The default FreeBSD shell is CSH, although you can switch to other shells and default to the BASH if you want, just install.
The procedures you spent shell is for other than the CSH. The BASH SH or use the "export" and setenv CSH and the tsch. It's good to use a sandbox, use sudo for security reasons, but I'm trying to compile on a test machine, so there are many problems in compiling as root, as it is not in production. I'll keep trying to compile the new e17, trying to help the maintainer of the port and wait freeBSD. But thanks for the replies and efforts. 2012/12/23 Maxime Villard <rusty...@gmx.fr> > Le 23/12/2012 02:14, d4n1 a écrit : > > Maxime, > > > > I'm trying to compile when I tried to compile ELF gave the following > > error(the last lines in run ./autogen.sh): > > > > autoreconf-2.69: Leaving directory `.' > > configure: creating cache config.cache > > checking for gcc... gcc > > checking whether the C compiler works... no > > configure: error: in `/root/e17/efl': > > configure: error: C compiler cannot create executables > > See `config.log' for more details > > root@beastie:/root/e17/efl # > > > > P.S.: How to use the CSH changed the "export" with "setenv" and not I > > configured the variable PKG_CONFIG_PATH because in FreeBSD no pkgconfig > > directory but a torque of the same name. > > > > Thanks > > Hum, I don't want to be rude, but you don't seem to know > how your system works. > > For changing Shell refer to this: > http://www.freebsd.org/doc/handbook/shells.html > > I don't recommend you to compile as root.
