The code for this widget was basically a hatchet job from the GTK
IconView widget, changed so that it displays everything in one
row, instead of multi-rows.

I guess we could make it a mouse over only.

Yep, there has always been a resize bar for the session browser area of the
window and my intention was that the thumbnails would scale as that was
changed.
