Really, as large as 350px ? What's the reason you want thumbnails to be so large ? Have you ever come acros the "tearoff" popups ? If you click-and-hold on a thumbnail and drag it out of the window, it'll turn into a popup window, which you can size arbitrarily. I use this if I have a couple of previous images I'm comparing new shots too and want them to all be fairly large. Does that fit your use case at all ?
