Hi, On B5/C5 we will support flexible link aggregation in near future. Then you can chose if you want 6 groups of 8 ports or 8 groups of 6 ports or 12 groups of 4 port or 24 groups of 2 port each...

Each LAG can have 8 Ports. This is a Hardware limitation and cannot be resolved by firmware upgrade. This is common for B series and C series. Basically I have two C2 (C2G124-48)switches configured in a stack however based upon the information I have read the C2’s are only capable of 6 LAG ports(lag.0.1-0.6) in total. I would have assumed that with two switches in a stack this would have doubled to twelve ports as when you halve it, 3 lag ports per switch isn’t many? Any assistance would be much appreciated.
