Hello, how long is the round-trip time between you or the netsight server and the device?
There are many snmp requests going on if you try to retrieve port information from a switch for many ports. Let's say 480 snmp requests for 10 stats about 48 ports. 480x 1ms = 480 ms to get the information from switches within a LAN. If your client is remote with a round-trip time of 120ms to netsight or netsight to device, that makes 480x 120ms = 57,6 seconds until information is retrieved. This is not a problem or issue of netsight. Hope this helps.
