Is there a way to turn on menu bar and bookmarks toolbar
programmatically if the user turns it off? I keep getting users who
turn it off, and then can't find things they need. I'm not sure if it's
the update that does this, or if they are clicking/pressing something,
but I'd like a way to force it on at every login.
